Binh Duong University
Binh Duong University (BDU) is located in the center of Binh Duong province in Vietnam – one of the fastest developing business and industrial provinces in the country, just around 25 km away from Ho Chi Minh (Sai Gon) city to the Southeast. Since the foundation in 1997, BDU has given training to various levels over the years. During this period, BDU has confirmed its role in meeting the demand for education as well as the need for economic growth in the country.
At present, BDU has over 22.000 students at different education levels including Intermediate vocational education level, higher education. As an education network, BDU has been making considerable contributions to the socio-economic development of the central region, as well as the scientific and technological development of the country.
Students have the opportunity to study bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees, as well as flexible work/study programs, distance learning and certificate qualifications. A range of degrees are offered by the university including: automotive engineering technology, architecture, economic law, English language, tourism, food technology, logistics, and supply chain management and biotechnology. Students can participate in scientific and cultural activities, cultural exchanges, and activities arranged by the Youth Union and Association.
Throughout the last 26 years of development, BDU has trained competent graduates for society. Most students graduating from BDU are now working mainly in Binh Duong province as well as in other big cities of Vietnam. BDU has given priority to the expertise development of its staff, upgrading their professional skills and their ability to conduct research in an independent and creative manner. BDU is determined to build upon its talent, wisdom, and great enthusiasm to march forward firmly, meeting the demands of training for the industrialization and the mordernization modernization of Vietnam
